Most rental houses that do have Fuji GFX have no idea how to operate these cameras or troubleshoot issues that may come up. With almost 5 years of Fuji GFX experience, we can help you get started with the basics or solve technical issues quickly on the fly. With phone and text support available from 7AM to 10PM, 7 days a week, we don’t keep you waiting to get your questions answered so you can get back to shooting as soon as possible.

Before we started purchasing our own equipment, we used to rent our gear from big rental houses and realized that their equipment was just not getting the proper attention it deserved. We found huge amounts of dust, scratches, dents, you name it! Our gear is unlike anything you’ve rented before. The camera bodies and lenses you rent from us will look like new. We rigorously test and clean our equipment between rentals and regularly send in our cameras and lenses to Fujifilm Professional Services (FPS) in New Jersey to be deep cleaned, recalibrated, and checked to factory-new settings. If you’re having an issue that we can’t answer, we have Fuji engineers on speed dial (from 6AM to 3PM PCT) for you to talk to directly.
